What if I am not happy with my purchase?

Here at Lavish Dogs we want you to be happy with your designer dog products you buy from us, we are confident all our designer dog clothes and accessories will meet your high expectations. In the rare chance that they do not we promise to refund you 100% of the purchase provided the items are returned to us within 7 days of receipt.

Items can be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of receipt or, alternatively we will issue a credit note.

Please Note - Returned dog clothes or accessories must be in original condition, unused and in original packaging (unless faulty). Please ensure that you send items back using a recorded delivery method to ensure it arrives. Lavish Dogs cannot be held responsible for losses due to the postal system.

Can I pick up items from your shop?

Unfortunately we are based solely online - this ensures we can offer the best possible pricing as our overheads don't include shop rent etc.

What Method can I use to pay?

At this point we only offer paypal as a means to pay for your goods. In the coming months/weeks we will be offering a full choice of payment processors. Rest assured though as Paypal remains one of the safest ways to purchase goods online and you can be sure your money will be safely transfered.

How long will it take to receive my goods?

We aim to ship all items ASAP, usually items are shipped out first class post within 1 to 3 days of receiving the order. On the rare occasion a product is out of stock when you order it may take 1 to 3 weeks for delivery - if this is the case we will contact you to make sure you still wish to go through with the order

Some, luxurious items may take longer as they are custom made such as our luxury bed range, these special items will clearly state a extra delivery times in the item description.

Do you delivery abroad?

We are based in the UK and all delivery charges are based on delivery to UK premises. We can ship abroad but will require extra costs for delivery, if you are shopping from outside the UK please contact us before you place your order. How do I make sure I get the right size?

All products clearly state the size in length, neck and girth. Please measure your dog accordingly you can see our sizing guide here for further information
